Ahead of that session, I’ll ask you to fill out a health history form where you can provide any information about your nutrition, lifestyle, and health goals that you would like to share. This form is self-guided and completely confidential.
When we meet, we’ll walk through your health history and explore what a partnership could look like. These consultations are always relaxed and pressure-free. I only want you to move forward if you decide it is in YOUR best interests.
If we decide to work together, we will create a schedule of sessions that fit into your life. These sessions range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes long, and can take place either at your home, virtually, or another private location convenient to you.
